The Bobcat Trail is back and redesigned for 2025!  The Bobcat has always been a great option for us and for those that are wanting to get into the sport of Mountain Biking but do not want to break the bank.  The new changes make some nice improvements over the outgoing model and we get some new colors which is always nice!

Upgrades over the Bobcat 3 and Bobcat 4

- If you want/need an extra gear, the Bobcat 5 has a Shimano Deore 11 speed setup like the last generation.  You get a better crankset and bottom bracket with external cup bearings (instead of tapered like on the Bobcat 3 and 4).  In addition you get the SR Suntour XCR Coil fork which has a thru axle (non boost), black stanchions, rebound control and overall a smoother, higher quality feeling than the XCM that comes on the Bobcat 3 and 4.  Only 1 color option, but it looks sweet!

The Bobcat trail is a capable mountain bike with modern trail geometry build for exploring singletrack trail systems. Best-in-class frames and solid, serviceable spec make the Bobcat Trail a solid choice for the recreational rider looking to step up to modern geo and step deeper into mountain biking, and for the experienced rider in search of an update that doesn’t break the bank.
